The Glowbal Gathering is for women who are ready to gain clarity, grow in confidence, build meaningful connections, and take intentional action toward their goals. Whether you are an entrepreneur, professional, creative, student, mother, or still discovering your next step, you are welcome in the room.

The Glowbal Gathering is founded by a woman of faith, but it is not exclusively a faith-based event. We welcome women from all backgrounds and create an inclusive environment centered on personal growth, purpose, strategy, confidence, and community.

Absolutely! Many of our guests attend alone and leave with new connections. Our networking opportunities and interactive activities are intentionally designed to make it easy for you to meet and engage with other women throughout the day.

The Glowbal Gathering is designed as an adult experience. Unless otherwise stated on the event page, children will not be admitted, and childcare will not be provided.

Every ticket includes admission to the event, access to the main sessions, panel conversations, interactive activations, networking opportunities, and the Visibility Marketplace. Additional benefits may vary depending on the ticket tier you select.

General Admission includes access to the main event experience.

VIP includes the main event experience plus additional benefits and exclusive touches designed to elevate your day.

VVIP offers our most intimate experience, including premium benefits and an exclusive post-event dinner with founder and host Gladys Awansi.

All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your ticket to another guest by contacting our team before the transfer deadline listed in your confirmation email.

The dress code for each gathering is different! You will receive an email exclusively detailing the dress code upon registration.

Food and refreshment details vary by ticket type. Please review your selected ticket tier for everything included. Registered guests will receive additional event-day information by email before the Gathering.

If a meal is included with your ticket, we will do our best to accommodate common dietary needs.

Recommended hotels and travel information will be shared with registered guests as the event approaches. We encourage out-of-town attendees to make their travel arrangements early.

Yes. The event will be photographed and recorded for promotional, educational, and archival purposes. By attending, guests acknowledge that they may appear in event photography or video footage. Please contact our team before the event if you have a concern.

Yes! Businesses that align with our audience and event experience are invited to apply for the Visibility Marketplace. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance, and approved vendors must complete their agreement and payment by the stated deadline to secure their space.
